When you visit, download, and/or use any of our Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors’, Customer’s and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s, Customer’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.

We use your Personal Information for the purposes set out below where:

Our use of your Personal Information is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps to enter into a contract with you (e.g., to provide you with purchased products and/or purchased courses/training);

Information collected through individual coaching sessions is only divided between the coach and the actual individual. Information is not handed over to any third party without written permission from the actual individual.

Information about individuals participating in one of our courses is only gathered to make it possible to conduct the actual course. Information shared with other participants in the course is to be seen as information available for the participants.
How we share your 'Personal Information'
We may share your Personal Information with service providers and others (or otherwise allow them access to it) in the following manners and instances:
Third Party Service Providers: Futuresofman has partnered with several selected service providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate, and enhance our own.

Where we store your 'Personal Information'
Futures of Man AS use Wix.com Ltd as service provider of our website www.futuresofman.com and we store some of our gathered Personal Information at Wix Data Centres. Visitors, registered users, and customers Personal Information may be stored in Wix data centres located in the United States of America, Ireland, and Israel.
Specific customer information regarding classes and training is stored at encrypted servers in Sweden.
Use of cookies and other third-party technologies
We and our Third-Party Service Providers use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) for us to provide our Service and ensure that it performs properly, to analyse our performance and marketing activities, and to personalize your experience.

Communication from Futuresofman

If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages or calls, you may notify Futuresofman at any time or follow the “unsubscribe” or STOP instructions contained in the promotional communications you receive.

It is essential for Futuresofman that all our users have control over their Personal Information. Futuresofman takes security seriously. We use encrypted communication methods when communicating between staff working at Futuresofman or with Third-Party Services when exchanging information containing any Personal Information.
Furthermore, we rely on security actions taken by Wix.com Ltd, the provider of our web platform. They have implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information we share with them, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, they offer HTTPS secure access to most areas on their Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and they regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. They also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third-Party Services for further enhancing the security of their Services and protection of their Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.
Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Futuresofman, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, or any other information you upload, publish, or otherwise share with Futuresofman or anyone else.
