Ulf Kurkiewicz is focused on change management, moving from organizational level towards individual level. His focus lays on development of the new kind of leadership needed to handle the future to come.

Ulf has long experience of civilian and military leadership on different levels. Ulf is educated at Swedish Defense University.

For the last couple of years he has put his effort into understand the new type of leadership, both individual and organizational, that is needed to cope with the changes and challenges we all experience. During this time he also has conducted focused spiritual studies and personal change process.

Ulf´s task in FoM is to bring the awareness of the possibilities and the possible shortcomings from the technological development into the surface.
