IDA - The language of the future is based on the understanding that the future can be predicted through megatrends and constructed in scenarios. Future images are created through an expanded understanding of yourself and your prerequisites (see the programs (iAm and iFly).

IDA is a set of values, methods and practical implementations where the language you speak involves and moves without the use of force. Processes of change are best supported by an astonishing and intuitive understanding, and can rarely be successfully developed in processes characterized by hierarchical communication.

IDA is a linguistic construction in which one speaks from a spiritual interior to a physical exterior. Based on your mother tongue, IDA will be a set of values, methods and practical ways of speaking that you can easily learn.

iSpeak is the program where you learn to use IDA - The language of the future.

Outcome - upon completion:

  1. You understand concepts, tools and methods in use for practicing a language based on no-force (goal of knowledge)

  2. You explain your choice of the language of the future, explain the perspectives, methods and how the language will influence your communication behavior (goal of attitude)

  3. You practice communication in relationships based on the principles of IDA (goal of action)

COMMENTS

iSpeak invites you to the language of the future. The future can not be decided. It creates itself through trends and procedures that are difficult to predict. The future acts disruptively, it arises - does not come, it replaces familiar notions with new unknowns.

Despite the unpredictability of the future, it can be created in scenarios that allow you to make choices and actively influence. For this process, you need a language that speaks to the future and this is precisely IDA's idea.
